Google Pixel 4 leaked hands-on video shows off every angle

Google Pixel devices tend to be one of the most leaked devices in the past. As we came closer to the launch date, every little aspect of the phone would leak out, leaving nothing to the imagination or the launch event. With Pixel 4, Google itself embraced leak culture, officially announcing features like Face Unlock and Soli Gestures much in advance. Leaks have still flowed — we have seen renders of the Pixel 4 showing off its giant square camera bump, and live images confirming the same. Now, a new, brief hands-on video has surfaced, showing off the Pixel 4 yet again from all angles.

In this video, we can see that Google has indeed ditched the two-tone soft-touch back glass in favor of a regular glass slab that we see on countless other devices. Much like the live images shared earlier, this video confirms the thin bottom bezels and large notch-less top bezels, along with a display with rounded corners. The power button on this black-colored phone is colored white, in-line with previous leaks. The video also confirms that there is no headphone jack on the device, which is not a very surprising discovery this far in 2019. The square camera bump on the back also appears to be manageably thin.

While the leaked video does not explicitly detail whether this is the smaller Google Pixel 4 or the larger Google Pixel 4 XL, we presume that this is the larger variant of the two. This assumption is made by taking the size of the hand of the users as a reference, though we admit this is not a very good reference point.

The Google Pixel 4 “flame” and Google Pixel 4 XL “coral” are Google’s flagship releases for 2019. Google is expected to pack in some top-of-the-line hardware, but even more interesting would be the software capabilities on the phones. The Pixel 4 series could pack in features like Wide-Color Capture, Pixel Themes, Screen Attention, Desktop Mode, and more. Stay tuned for more updates!
