There has been a lot of attention on the OnePlus 7 Pro these last few weeks. Even OnePlus themselves have been almost exclusively promoting the Pro model. There is a non-Pro OnePlus 7, though, and it’s a nice little upgrade over the OnePlus 6T. XDA TV’s TK Bay went hands-on with this overlooked device.
The OnePlus 7 is basically a OnePlus 6T with a few key components from the OnePlus 7 Pro. It has the same basic internals, but what you don’t get is the larger, 90Hz display, pop-up camera, and extra camera on the back. For a lot of people, the OnePlus 7 is enough of an upgrade and it’s much cheaper than the Pro. Unfortunately, it’s not available in all regions, but if you can get it, this is a nice device.
