The OnePlus 6T has been popping up in a lot of leaks and rumors the last few weeks. It all started with the news about T-Mobile availability, and since then we’ve confirmed the in-display fingerprint scanner, no headphone jack, and more. We previously saw the top half of the device, but today we’re getting a much closer look from all angles with some 3D renders.
These renders reveal the waterdrop display notch that most people assumed would be included on the OnePlus 6T. As display notches go, the waterdrop shape is the nicest. We can also see that the bottom bezel is pretty small. As previously mentioned, there is no fingerprint scanner on the back or a headphone jack. It’s pretty much the Oppo R17.
The physical dimensions of the device are 57.5 x 75.7 x 8.2mm. That’s slightly thicker (due to the in-display fingerprint scanner) and taller than the OnePlus 6. The rumored specs for the OnePlus 6T include the Snapdragon 845 SoC, 6/8GB of RAM, 64/128/256GB of storage, and dual 16+20MP cameras on the rear. The display is 6.4-inches, Full HD+ resolution, with 19.5:9 aspect ration, and it is AMOLED. It should run Android 9 Pie out of the box.
We expect the device to launch in October for around $550, which would be a pretty good price for the specs. Are you interested in the OnePlus 6T?
