For some, the most exciting thing about the upcoming release of the Google Pixel 3 and Google Pixel 3 XL is the availability of the new Pixel wallpapers. The Google Pixel 2 wallpapers were quickly ported after the release of the device and the XDA forum thread for the Google Pixel and Pixel 2 wallpapers remains one of our most popular forum threads. A few days after we leaked the Huawei Mate 20 wallpapers, now the Google Pixel 3 wallpapers have been leaked online too. If you’re interested in the wallpapers from the Google Pixel 3 and want to customize your device, then check out the newly leaked wallpapers!

These wallpapers were uploaded by Twitter user Ishan Agarwal. There are quite a few new wallpapers in the updated Pixel Wallpapers app. They’re divided into two sections: Come Alive and Living Universe. Here’s an overview of the new wallpapers you’ll get in this set. Thanks to this early leak, you won’t need to wait for the launch of the two devices in a few weeks to enjoy some new wallpapers. We recommend you download the wallpapers in full resolution from the link below if you’re interested.

Keep in mind that the Pixel 3 will include new, actual live wallpapers, and that these are merely high-quality stills of said live wallpapers. Once the device is available, developers on our forums will be quick to port the new Pixel Wallpapers app for all to enjoy—regardless of whether they’re running Android Pie or not.
The Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL will be unveiled on October 9th, though there’s little left for us to uncover. The two phones recently passed through the FCC, confirming all of the LTE bands they’ll support. Official-looking press renders recently appeared, showing off the new fabric cases for both devices. We even know what the Google Assistant UI will look like for the upcoming Pixel Stand accessory for wireless charging. This is all on top of the leaks originating from Russia and Ukraine last month, which basically revealed everything we would ever want to know about the Pixel 3 XL.
We already have forums open for both devices, so come join them now to discuss all the latest tips, tricks, guides, accessories, and more for the new Pixel 3 series! Once the device ships to developers, expect to see some custom development begin—though you’ll mostly be getting Magisk Modules for small tweaks here and there, at least in the early days. These two devices will be among the first to get the Android Q release, so stay tuned for our coverage on the next major Android release!
