Revisiting the Honor 20: Still Stuck in Limbo [Video]

Everyone knows about Huawei/Honor’s recent troubles in the US. For the most part, the situation actually hasn’t changed much for consumers. One particular phone, however, that hasn’t made it to the US is the Honor 20. We’ve talked a lot about its “Pro” sibling, but not as much about this slightly more affordable option.

Pocketnow’s Joshua Vergara recently revisited the Honor 20. The future of the Honor 20 is still very much up in the air, but Joshua talks about why that’s a shame. The phone has a few nice little touches that make it stand out from the rest of the competition in this price range. Not many devices in this range offer four cameras. The macro camera might not be something that the average person uses a lot, but it’s an added bonus.

Joshua talks about how Honor kinda nailed a lot of the features you want in a phone. You get a large display in a relatively small body, great gaming performance with GPU Turbo (if your favorite games support it), a smart fingerprint scanner on the power button, and good cameras. The moral of the story hasn’t changed over the last few months: this is a good phone held back by an unfortunate situation. Check out the full video below!
