This has been a pretty big week for the Honor 20 Pro. The big news was the global launch plans were finally announced. We’ve also been doing a lot of testing and comparisons with the Honor 20 Pro. Check out our gaming review, general camera comparison, low-light camera comparison, and full device review. Today, however, we’re not comparing it with other phones. XDA TV‘s Daniel Marchena takes a look at the video stabilization and Night Mode.
First, Daniel tried out the video stabilization in a few of the different modes you can shoot video with. The Honor 20 Pro utilizes both optical and electronic image stabilization to get pretty impressive results. There is a little bit of wobble to the video still, as you would expect, but for the most part, Honor does a great job at stabilizing things.
Night Mode is next up. As we talked about in our low-light and night-mode comparison, the Honor 20 Pro’s night mode is great. The impressive thing about the Honor 20 Pro is how well it performs without Night Mode in low-light. The extra time it takes to use the Night Mode option will just clean things up a bit more. Daniel also likes how you can use Night Mode with the wide-angle camera as well.
Check out the video below to see the full results from Daniel’s testing!
