5G is the hottest trend in smartphones right now with promises of better speeds and coverage. But since there is almost no coverage of 5G yet, all we get to do is see the phones. I received the of the Galaxy S10 5G this week and did an unboxing on XDA TV. In the video, I compare it to the standard Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ to get a feel for the hardware differences.

Almost everything you do on a phone is based around the screen. From texting to watching videos to listening to music, it’s all about the display. That’s where the Galaxy S10 5G has the biggest difference. It’s got a huge 6.7-inch display along with its 5G modem. The large 4500 mAh battery with 25w fast charging means you get charged up quickly. All of these specs don’t really describe the experience of using the device though. After using the Galaxy S10+ for months, I’m able to tell you all the differences between the Galaxy S10 5G, Galaxy S10+, and even the smaller Galaxy S10.
If you’re interested to see how the Galaxy S10 5G compares to the other Galaxy S10 series flagships, check out my video on XDA TV below.
