We’ve compared the high-end OnePlus 7 Pro’s camera with a few other devices (with mixed results) already, but what about the regular OnePlus 7? The non-Pro model only has dual cameras, meanwhile, the similarly mid-range Honor 20 has a whopping four. Do more cameras mean better results?
As mentioned, the Honor 20 has four cameras: 48MP, 16MP wide, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth. The OnePlus 7 has a 48MP and 16MP camera. TK Bay from XDA TV put the two devices head-to-head in a camera comparison video. He talks about how the OnePlus 7 camera continues to improve with each software update, but the Honor 20 is still a step above it. Four cameras just offer more flexibility than what you can get with two cameras.

You can find a few camera samples underneath to get a quick glimpse of what these cameras can do, but you should check out TK’s full video to see the full breakdown.
