The Good and The Bad about the OnePlus 7 Pro

The OnePlus 7 Pro was one of the more popular devices to launch this month. OnePlus phones tend to receive mixed reactions from the community. The same can be said about the OnePlus 7 Pro. There are some things to really love about this device, but it certainly has its fair share of issues. XDA TV’s Daniel Marchena published a two-part series on this very thing.

First, The Good. Daniel argues that the OnePlus 7 Pro has put “the entire flagship market on notice.” He says theOnePlus 7 Pro finally includes the same level of fit and finish that you find on premium flagship phones. OnePlus has always offered great performance, but now they are matching the polish of other flagship devices, but at a lower cost.

Now, on to The Bad. Camera performance has never been a strong suit for OnePlus devices. Daniel talks about how the OnePlus 7 Pro offers one of the poorest camera experiences in the flagship market. He says the camera is his single biggest complaint and it’s the reason he can’t use the device as his daily driver. The contradicting statements around camera reviews only lead to more disappointment.

Despite his qualms, Daniel still says the OnePlus 7 Pro is the best phone OnePlus has ever made. It’s just not perfect and it has some of the same OnePlus issues. So what do you think about the OnePlus 7 Pro? Is it more good than bad?
