Samsung has promptly been delivering the latest One UI based on Android 9 Pie to its devices across different ranges with a refreshed energy. Besides flagships, its smartphones in the mid-range and some others in the budget segment have been updated with Pie in the last few months. Not just smartphones, some of Samsung’s latest smartwatches recently received a revamped interface under the One UI overhaul. Now, the One UI update is available for three recently released M-series smartphones, including the Samsung Galaxy M10, Galaxy M20, and the Galaxy M30.

While an exact changelog is not available yet, the Android Pie update for the Galaxy M-Series brings improvement in terms of performance and security. With One UI, the Galaxy M10, Galaxy M20, and the Galaxy M30 get an all-new interface in which actionable items are located at the bottom of the display to facilitate single-handed usage in spite of a large footprint.
The update for the three smartphones, as per our information, will begin rolling out on June 3rd.
Samsung released the new M-series earlier this year primary to counter competition from brands like Xiaomi and regain its dominance in competitive markets such as India. Targetted at millennials, the Galaxy M10 is available for a starting price of ₹7,990. The smartphone gets a 6.2″ Infinity-V HD+ display, 13MP+5MP dual cameras, dual SIM VoLTE, and a large 5,000mAh battery. Samsung offers a choice between 2GB+16GB and 3GB+32GB variants for the Galaxy M10.
The Galaxy M20 gets a slightly larger 6.3″ display with Full HD+ resolution, 13MP+5MP dual cameras, Widewine L1 certification, and a 4GB+64GB variant alongside the 3GB+32GB one. It starts at ₹9,990 and is meant to tackle the likes of Redmi Note 7.
The Galaxy M30, which is the most powerful out of the bunch, features a 6.38-inch Full HD+ and the technology behind this display is AMOLED unlike the IPS panels used on the other two models. The Galaxy M30 also gets a triple camera setup, including a 13MP primary sensor, 5MP wide-angle sensor, and a 5MP depth sensor. Being a competitor to the Redmi Note 7 Pro, the Galaxy M30 also comes in a 6GB+128GB besides the usual 4GB+64GB option. The M30 starts at a price of ₹14,990.
