[Video] Gaming Performance on the Xiaomi Mi 9

Xiaomi’s latest flagship, Mi 9, is a high-performance device by all means. And in spite of it being a flagship, the Chinese giant extends its high value for money philosophy to this smartphone as well. Powered by a Snapdragon 855 SoC and up to 8GB of RAM (the Explorer Edition supports up to 12GB), the Mi 9 comes at nearly half the price of classic Android flagships such as the Samsung Galaxy S10. Irrespective of this mismatch in pricing, the Mi 9 is as equipped as the Galaxy S10 – at least in theory. This makes it a sweet device for power-hungry processes as well as demanding mobile games like Fortnite and PUBG Mobile. The Mi 9 also received support for 60fps gameplay in Fortnite Mobile, making it one of the select devices to have the feature.

XDA’s Max Weinbach evaluates the gaming performance on the Xiaomi Mi 9 and tests the latest 60fps gameplay on Fortnite. So if you’re planning to buy the Mi 9, just researching for curiosity, or interested in winning the Mi 9 in our latest giveaway, make sure to check you this video.
