The Oppo Reno 10X Zoom was launched in China last week. The stand-out feature of this phone is the shark fin-like pop-up camera. Our friends at Pocketnow got a chance to try out this unique device and they came away pretty impressed with it.
The big 6.6-inch display has very small bezels on all sides thanks to that interesting pop-up camera. The display isn’t as high-res as you might find on more expensive devices, but that is a fair compromise. The Oppo Reno 10X Zoom uses a 48MP Sony IMX586 as the primary sensor, paired with a 13MP zoom lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. As the name implies, you can do up to 10x hybrid zoom and 6x optical zoom. It might not be as dramatic as the Huawei P30 Pro, but it’s still cool.
It should be mentioned that there is also a “standard” version of the Oppo Reno without the zoom lens. You can see the specs for both models under the video. Check out Joshua’s full hands-on first impressions in the video below!
