If you are looking for a fun and kid-friendly app to keep your toddler occupied for some time, check out XDA Recognized Developer sylsau‘s My Picture Book for Kids, an app that tries to teach new words to your little ones by associating the word with commonly recognized imagery.
The picture book app comes with more than 500 images which are grouped in several categories. There is a learning mode which displays an image, the name of the creature/thing, and a button to hear how to pronounce the name. The app supports English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian. The quiz mode allows kids to casually test their text and shape retention skills. The app is available for free on the Google Play Store as well as on XDA Labs. Try it out!
