A number of the major Android OEMs, including Samsung, OnePlus, Nokia, Essential, and even HTC have been rolling out their first Android Oreo OTA updates. Shortly after the update rolls-out, the company usually releases the kernel source code to go along with it. LG’s mobile division has been lagging behind in a number of ways but they did begin beta testing Oreo in their home country of South Korea in late December. Thanks to a tip we received, we have learned that the company has released the Korean LG G6 (G600K/L/S) Oreo kernel sources on their Open Source website.
