The OnePlus 5T was finally last week after months of speculation, and it didn’t disappoint. Perhaps the headliner is its beautiful edge-ot-edge 18:9 screen, and to properly highlight it, OnePlus enlisted the help of artist Hampus Olsson to design the phone’s wallpapers.
For every OnePlus device since the OnePlus 2, all of the exclusive wallpapers have been released separately by the respective artists, and we’re happy to report that Mr. Olsson stuck with tradition. The wallpapers he designed for the OnePlus 5T are his website, so you too can download and apply them no matter which device you’re using.
The first — a vibrant swirl “full of color,” in Mr. Olsson’s words — is meant to showcase color-saturated screens like the OnePlus 5T’s OLED panel, and the other four explore more “experimental” styles in light and dark. They’re available in multiple resolutions including 1080p (the native device resolution of the OnePlus 5T) and 4K, either separately or altogether in a single ZIP file that includes OnePlus’s “Never Settle” logo.
OnePlus 5T wallpapers aren’t the only freebies on Mr. Olsson’s website. If the art style seems familiar, it’s because he’s created the device wallpapers for Paranoid Android and the AOSPA team for the past several years.
So, itching for a new wallpaper? Head on over to the source link to give the OnePlus 5T’s a try. They might be just what you were looking for.
