An unofficial version of LineageOS 14.1 has been ported to the HTC One Mini 2 by XDA Senior Member nightcore500. As of now, the ROM is already pretty stable and can function as a daily driver. To use it, the device needs to be unlocked or in the S-OFF state. Head over to the development thread to give it a try!
