How to Disable System Applications on MIUI 8 without Root

MIUI 8 is a heavily modified skin of Android, and one of its peculiarities is the inability to disable system applications from within the Settings app. To solve this, XDA Senior Member Thri11 has put together a short guide on how to disable pre-installed apps without using root access or ADB.
