Google Blocks Sideloading of Google Dialer on non-Nexus Devices

Google erroneously opened up the Google Dialer app for installation on all phones on Marshmallow, but this has now been rectified. Further, Google now also actively blocks installation on non-Nexus devices at the apk level, as it now checks for the existence of a support library during installation.
