
As a PSA to all HTC Vive customers who have had their orders erroneously cancelled, HTC is using LogMeIn as a method to have consumers reorder their HTC Vive and then have it linked to their original orders. Customers are advised to follow necessary precautions, such as pausing/exiting the remote session during payment input as well as contacting HTC instead of the other way round.
