XDA Senior Member bdorr1105 has posted a guide on how to disable forced encryption on the Nexus 6 using XDA Senior Member gladiac‘s FED Patcher tool. The method also removes the warning at boot, but be warned, it is risky even though it has been thoroughly tested.
