Root & TWRP Available for the T-Mobile LG G5

Thanks to XDA Senior Member tungkick, with help from wolfu11 and arjuna_, we can root and install TWRP on the T-Mobile LG G5. This has been accomplished by flashing a TOT file via LGUP.
