The latest to jump onto the bloatware bandwagon is HTC, who is now testing a new phone “cleaner” app called Boost+. This testing is done via HTC’s preview program, but the app itself is not limited to HTC phones. The app actually goes so far ahead into recommending the user to close each and every background app on the phone.
